2026年8月12日（水）｜畑日記

畑に大きく伸びた、

緑肥のソルゴーやひまわり、そして草を刈りました。

夏の間、元気いっぱいに育ってくれた植物たち。

刈った草も畑に戻しながら、

土を守り、次の野菜づくりへつなげていきたいと思います。

育ってくれたことに感謝です。

Today, I cut back the sorghum, sunflowers, and grasses growing in the field.

They have grown vigorously throughout the summer.

Rather than simply removing them, I hope to return the cut plants to the field and let them become part of the soil again.

One season of growth quietly connects to the next.

Grateful for nature’s cycle.
